About the CS Course
Students from all streams (except Fine Arts) are eligible to enroll for the CS course.
The course has three stages:
- CS Executive Entrance Exam (CSEET) – previously called CS Foundation
- CS Executive Exam
- CS Professional Exam
Additionally, students must complete 21 months of compulsory practical training (internship) after clearing the Executive or Professional exam to qualify as a Company Secretary.
CS After Class 12th / Graduation
- Students pursuing CS after Class XII must register and appear for the CSEET. On clearing
- CSEET, training and classes for the CS Executive level begin.
- Graduates (except Fine Arts) can directly apply for CSEET and continue their CS journey.
Exemptions from CSEET
The following students are exempted from appearing for CSEET and can directly register for the CS Executive Programme:

- ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) Final Course passed students
- ICMAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) Final Course passed students
